1Acceptance of terms

By using Kalens.io ("the service") you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is operated by an independent developer.

2Description of the service

The service provides AI-powered brand strategy reports. You enter brand and product information, and the service generates a report covering brand direction, positioning, audience insights, product structure, visual system, content strategy, brand identity, and related topics.

3AI-generated content

Reports on this service are generated entirely by artificial intelligence (AI). The content is for reference and inspiration only and does not constitute professional business, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. AI-generated content may contain information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation. You should use your own judgment and are responsible for any decisions you make based on a report and their consequences.

4Accounts

  • You need to register an account to purchase and access a full report.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide true, accurate, and current information.
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to use the service.

5Pricing, payment, and delivery

  • The full report is a one-time paid digital product. The price shown at checkout applies and may be presented in your local currency depending on your region.
  • After successful payment, the report is generated and delivered to your account automatically.
  • Payment is processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Creem is responsible for collecting payment, handling tax, and issuing receipts or invoices.
  • Report generation takes some time. Once payment is complete, the report continues to generate in the background and is saved to your account even if you close the page.

6Free preview and quotas

  • The service may offer a free brand direction preview.
  • The free preview may have usage limits (such as a daily quota) to prevent abuse.
  • We reserve the right to adjust free allowances and limits.

7Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • use the service for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose;
  • enter content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or contains malicious code or injection attacks;
  • attempt to attack, reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service, or bypass payment, quota, or security mechanisms;
  • abuse free allowances or scrape the service through automated scripts or other means;
  • resell or redistribute the service itself (you may use a report you have paid for in your own business).

8Intellectual property

  • Your content: the brand and product information you enter belongs to you.
  • Your report: once you have paid for a report, you may use it for your own commercial purposes.
  • The service: the software, interface, prompt design, brand, and trademarks of the service belong to the operator and may not be copied, reverse engineered, or used commercially without permission.

9Relationship with TikTok and other platforms

Kalens is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a partner of TikTok or ByteDance. "TikTok" is a trademark of its owner; we reference it only to describe what our reports help with. Content in a report that mentions TikTok or other platforms is general strategic guidance only, does not represent those platforms' positions, and is not guaranteed to comply with their latest policies. You are responsible for confirming and following the rules of the relevant platforms.

10Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that a report will be accurate or complete, or that it will bring you any particular business result, sales, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant report.

11Changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service at any time without notice. If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

13Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country. If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it in good faith.
